POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Graduate qualification in any field (postgraduate qualification preferred). Minimum of 10 years' BPO experience. Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience within the BPO industry. Contact centre leadership experience, including managing a large contact centre. Proven people-management skills, including talent development and employee engagement.
