Vial Washer Operator (Port Elizabeth)
Responsibilities
- Staging of vials for processing through the vial washer according to the production plan
- Operation of the vial washer and vial sterilizing tunnel as per relevant SOP
- Maintenance of the vial washer log book
- Cleaning of the vial washing machine and the sterilizing tunnel
- Support component prep operations when required
- Completion of all relevant section in the batch book
- Train identified personnel on all related items relevant to operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Ensure daily target is met
- From time to time, carry out other jobs within the factory /department, consistent with the grade qualification and training of the incumbent.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 with Maths and Science.
- 6 weeks experience in a manufacturing environment. Procedural knowledge preferred.
- Computer literate.
