• Build and nurture strong networks within the motor industry to drive brand visibility and business growth.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic selling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your customer portfolio and increase market share.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process with precision, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
• Foster lasting relationships with both internal and external clients by delivering professional, efficient, and customer-centric service.
• Uphold Dealer Standards and consistently operate within defined work processes and compliance frameworks.

• 2-3 Years Previous experience in automotive sales - Essential
• Min Grade 12 / Senior Cerificate
• Language proficiency requirements due to customer base:
  • English required, Afrikaans and/or other South African languages advantageous
• Computer Literate and competent in MS Office
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High level of self-motivation, initiative and integrity
• Sales and client services background essential
  • A proactive attitude and a natural flair for building relationships.
