📢 VACANCY: DISPATCH CONTROLLER The ideal candidate is trustworthy, accurate, able to work under pressure and comfortable working flexible hours, including overtime when required. 📌 Duties & Responsibilities Invoicing of sales orders Creating and processing purchase orders Completing GRVs Daily filing and administration General dispatch duties Checking stock before vehicles exit the premises Conducting monthly stock takes Working overtime when required 🎯 Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Computer literate Good Excel skills Strong accuracy and attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required Sage experience will be an advantage Logistics\/dispatch experience will be an advantage 💼 What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Energetic and hardworking ✔ Trustworthy and reliable ✔ Highly organised ✔ Detail-oriented and accurate ✔ A strong communicator ✔ A team player ✔ Able to multitask and meet deadlines ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced dispatch environment 💰 Salary & Benefits R16 000 – R20 000 CTC per month Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
