POSITION INFO:
Do you thrive on keeping cash flowing and risk under control? We're looking for a Treasury Manager to safeguard the financial stability of a growing multi-regional group built on safety and integrity. Why join this team? This role sits at the centre of the group's financial decisions. You'll shape how capital is funded, protected and put to work across several regions. From opening banking relationships in new markets to setting long-term treasury strategy, your work will directly support the group's growth. What you will be doing: Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting and liquidity Develop short and long-term treasury strategies and cash flow forecasts Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate risk and hedging activities Monitor the debt portfolio and ensure compliance with covenants Calculate, monitor and report financial covenants Manage relationships with banks, facility agents and financial institutions Lead the opening of bank accounts and finance facilities in new regions Prepare treasury reports, meeting packs and minutes for the Treasury Committee Administer amortisation schedules, monthly journals and senior debt reconciliations Maintain the group's schedule of guarantees Perform cash sweep calculations and manage divisional notional limits Ensure timely release of contractual and statutory payments Lead debtor collections and strategies to reduce debtor days Perform credit checks on new clients and reconcile debtor accounts Process intra-group invoicing and streamline related-party transactions Identify cost-saving opportunities across treasury and banking Strengthen internal controls and support policy updates Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with the finance team What we are looking for: ACCA qualified, or Level 3 or registered Chartered Accountant 2-3 years' experience in treasury management Proven track record managing banking relationships and negotiating financing terms Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Confidence working with senior management and external stakeholders A collaborative approach when working with finance and operations teams Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
