Trader/ Store Manager - Retail

· Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, ensuring strong people management and alignment with company values.

· Run a smooth, compliant operation—from stock control to customer service.

· Identify trading opportunities and B2B partnerships to grow our footprint.

· Analyse local demographics and diverse customer behaviours to tailor promotions and product mix.

· Build strong relationships across Gauteng’s wide cultural and community networks, ensuring the store resonates with a broad customer base.

· Think creatively to differentiate in a saturated retail space.

· Ensure risk management and operational discipline.
