Role Purpose

Lead track maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant rail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance activities 
• Supervise inspections and repairs 
• Manage teams and resources 
• Ensure safety compliance 
• Monitor performance and reporting 

• Grade 12  
• 5+ years track maintenance experience  
• 2+ years supervisory experience  
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Code 10)  
• Valid PDP
