An established organisation within the automotive manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced and technically strong Toolsetter to join their production team. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on individual with solid injection moulding and tooling experience who can ensure machines and moulds are set up correctly, production runs efficiently and quality standards are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities Set, change and maintain moulds on injection moulding machines Set and optimise machine parameters for efficient production Monitor production processes and ensure consistent product quality Identify and resolve tooling, machine and process-related issues Troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime and production losses Perform basic maintenance and assist with continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all tooling and production activities comply with safety and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Toolsetter within an injection moulding environment – essential Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, tooling and machinery Proven fault-finding and technical problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work shifts and overtime as required Good communication and teamwork skills Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment What We’re Looking For A technically capable and reliable Toolsetter who understands injection moulding, takes pride in getting the setup right and can quickly identify and resolve issues on the production floor.
