About the role:The main purpose of this role is to manage hard and soft services operations across the site, ensuring effective maintenance planning, asset reliability, contractor management, compliance, and operational efficiency while meeting client requirements.
Key responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment (LV/HV)
- Inspect and test electrical components for safety and functionality
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install new electrical systems and components as needed
- Provide reports after maintenance intervention
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work (Generators, Transformers, UPS, TGBT, ...)
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
- Follow all HSE protocols and procedures
- Perform diagnostic testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power quality analyzers to identify root causes of equipment electrical failures.
- Implement a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule for all facility electrical assets to minimize downtime and prevent costly emergency repairs.
- Update and maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance, layouts, schematic modifications, and load-balancing reports in our CMMS platform.
- Collaborate with external electrical contractors during major facility capital projects to ensure all work adheres to the standards.
- Ensure total compliance with electrical safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Analyze electrical consumption data to identify patterns that suggest inefficiencies, recommending infrastructure upgrades to reduce utility costs.
Job qualifications:- Specialized Technician in Electricity (Low/high Current)
- Electrical Certification
- Relevant facilities/MEP maintenance experience
- Experience managing maintenance activities
- Experience in CMMS systems and reporting
- Experience in operational maintenance planning
