🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Solutions Consultant(s) | Microsoft 365 & Cloud Migrations - Gauteng \/ Hybrid Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering secure, well-governed cloud transformations? We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to play a key role in delivering Microsoft 365 transformation and migration projects for customers. 🌟 Why join? If you're a hands-on Microsoft 365 professional who enjoys technical problem-solving, customer engagement and delivering cloud transformation outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. 🔹 What you’ll be doing You’ll work across the full consulting lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through migration, cutover, remediation and handover. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and contributing to Microsoft 365 migration discovery and technical design • Delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, identities, domains and permissions • Configuring and operating migration platforms such as Quest\/Binary Tree, AvePoint and ShareGate • Planning and executing pilot migrations, testing, cutovers and remediation • Designing and configuring Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, information protection, DLP, retention, records management, content search and eDiscovery • Working with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronisation and hybrid environments • Using P owerShell for administration, automation, validation and reporting • Facilitating customer workshops and communicating technical solutions and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Producing high-quality technical documentation, migration plans, runbooks and handover materials • Contributing to our migration methodologies, reusable tools, scripts and delivery standards • Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of junior consultants 🔹 What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with 3–7+ years of experience working wit h Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and related cloud technologies in a consulting or enterprise environment. You should have practical experience in: ✅ Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and workload migrations ✅ Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams ✅ Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory ✅ Microsoft Purview and information governance ✅ PowerShell administration and automation ✅ Migration planning, testing, cutover and remediation ✅ Customer-facing consulting and technical workshops ✅ Technical documentation and solution design 🎓 Certifications Required: • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals 📩 Interested?
