Job Description: The primary objective of this role is to strengthen the capability within the Technical Engineering Practice by bridging the gap between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation. The Technical Solutions Analyst will provide analytical and design support across systems and infrastructure, ensuring that proposed solutions are well-aligned, scalable, and consistent with IT standards. Key Responsibilities Design feasible and compliant technical solutions based on functional and technical requirements. Bridge the gap between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation Document solution designs, integration points, and dependencies to support effective implementation and ongoing operations. Ensure solution designs align with Group IT architecture, security, and governance standards Integrate applications and data to create cohesive and consistent user experiences Integrate systems and infrastructure for performance, high availability, security and cost effectiveness Work with software and data developers as well as system vendors to implement solutions Ensure that systems and processes meet regulatory requirements Propose IT solutions to company challenges Assess technologies and platform Minimum Requirements BCom \/ BSc degree or equivalent qualification Minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT professional Experience in software and data design Experience in system design and integration Experience in Cloud solutions Proven track record of project delivery Competencies: Problem solving skills Dealing with complexity Planning\/organising and coordinating skills Interpersonal skills (Interaction with different business divisions and level of management) Communication skills (verbal and written) Solutions driven Strong analytical skills Strong numeracy skills Industry specific knowledge Should you not receive a response from us within one week of your application, your application has unfortunately not been successful.
