An established organisation within the engineering and manufacturing sector is seeking a driven and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional with a strong understanding of the engineering and manufacturing environment and an established network within the Port Elizabeth region. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, engineers and procurement decision-makers. Conduct technical presentations and provide tailored product and service solutions. Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders and quotations. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and consistently achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities. Requirements Minimum 5 years' proven technical sales experience within engineering, manufacturing or heavy industrial sectors. A post-matric qualification in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or a related field will be advantageous. Valid South African Code 8 (EB) unendorsed driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate specifications and solutions clearly. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding technical sales targets.
