Technical Manager – Electronic Security

: To lead and manage a technical security installation team on a national basis.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Manager - Electronic Security Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort. Gauteng. Salary package: Basic Salary: R27000 negotiable, plus Provident Fund, Medical Aid, 13th Cheque and Discretionary Performance Bonus Overview: To lead and manage a technical security installation team on a national basis. Duties: Lead and manage a national team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical projects nationwide. Provide technical support, coaching, and performance management to technicians. Manage customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues. Monitor stock control, technician productivity, and operational performance. Prepare payroll inputs, performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 7 Years Relevant Technical Experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms etc.) Min 2 Years Supervisory \/ Management experience Experience working with Microsoft Packages, especially Excel Experience working with stock and management thereof Attention to detail Excellent communication skills
