Technical Internal Sales Representative - East Rand

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established company in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Equipment industry is seeking to employ a passionate and results-driven Technical Internal Sales Representative to join their team based in the East Rand, Gauteng. 

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric or equivalent. Technical Refrigeration qualification (advantageous). Minimum 5 years' experience in the technical refrigeration industry. Sound refrigeration product knowledge is essential. Responsibilities but not limited to: Assist walk-in and call-in customers by identifying their product requirements and providing accurate technical advice and product recommendations. Promote the full product range and confidently convert customer enquiries into sales. Educate customers on the product features, services, warranties and relevant technical information. Keep up to date with market trends, products and developments within the refrigeration industry. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
