POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Relevant qualifications would be advantageous Advanced Excel skills Excellent Mathematical knowledge to assist with quoting and calculations Relevant exports knowledge into Africa Sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations. Coordinating logistics and obtaining freight estimates. Preparing Excel quotation spreadsheets and presentations. Processing orders with clients and suppliers. Liaising with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders and inspection companies. Coordinating exports and third-party inspections. Preparing export documentation, including invoices and packing lists. Obtaining shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Air Waybills. Following up on outstanding issues and keeping clients updated on order status. Preparing and maintaining stock reports.
