POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Oversee tax compliance activities across multiple Francophone African jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Review and manage corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and payroll tax obligations. Lead tax audits, liaise with revenue authorities, and coordinate external advisors and in-country finance teams. Provide practical tax guidance and support to business and finance stakeholders across the region. Drive tax governance, risk management, process improvements, and consistency across the Francophone portfolio. Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Proven experience in tax compliance and tax management across multiple jurisdictions. Strong knowledge of corporate tax, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and tax risk management. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
