POSITION INFO:
Job description: Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting activities Prepare and review tax calculations and submissions Ensure accuracy of VAT returns and reconciliations Assist with tax planning and risk management initiatives Support financial statement tax disclosures Liaise with SARS and external advisors when required Assist with audits and tax reviews Monitor legislative changes and assess business impact Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and controls Provide tax-related support to finance and operational teams Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' of tax accounting experience Strong understanding of South African tax legislation Experience with corporate tax, VAT and compliance reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced Excel skills Strong organisational and communication skills Qualification: BCom Accounting, Taxation or related degree Postgraduate Tax qualification advantageous SAICA Articles advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
