Are you an experienced automotive sales leader with a proven track record of achieving results? We are building a talent pool for future Sales Manager opportunities across our dealerships.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the sales team, drive dealership performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving sales and profitability targets.

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow new and used vehicle sales.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Support the recruitment, training and development of sales staff.
• Monitor stock levels and work with management to ensure the right vehicle mix.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with resolving customer queries and escalated complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and present sales performance updates.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in vehicle sales within the motor industry.
• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Computer literate.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Clear criminal record.
