• Welcome customers and provide a professional service experience.
• Book vehicle service and repair appointments.
• Accurately record customer concerns and prepare job cards.
• Liaise with technicians and the workshop to monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers informed of repair updates, additional work and expected completion times.
• Prepare and explain quotations, invoices and repair recommendations.
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and explain work completed to customers.
• Promote value-added products and services where appropriate.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Follow dealership policies and manufacturer procedures.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Clear criminal record.
