ENVIRONMENT: A forward-thinking Tech company seeks a strong technical T1/T2 IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software and network systems. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting, system maintenance, Microsoft 365 administration and IT security while delivering professional and efficient user support. Applicants will need a CompTIA A+ or Network+ or IT Diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years relevant IT support experience (MSP environment). You will also require solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PC hardware and networking & strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will need a valid Driver’s Licence with your own reliable vehicle.   DUTIES: ·        Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues. ·        Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, networks and other IT equipment. ·        Provide support for Microsoft 365, Office 365, OneDrive and Active Directory. ·        Assist with network maintenance, system upgrades and IT security. ·        Manage and resolve service requests efficiently. ·        Deliver professional technical support and customer service to users.   REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications - ·        CompTIA A+, Network+, an IT Diploma or an equivalent qualification.   Experience/Skills – ·        Minimum of 4 years’ relevant IT support experience (MSP environment) ·        Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PC hardware and networking. ·        Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ·        Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle. ·        Proficiency in English and/or Afrikaans.   ATTRIBUTES: ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Customer-focused with a professional approach to service delivery. ·        Organised, proactive and able to manage service requests efficiently. ·        Able to work independently and prioritise technical issues effectively.
