SYSPRO System Support Administrator

SUMMARY:
A leading food manufacturer and distributor of bakery and craft ingredients seeks a SYSPRO Systems Application Administrator with intermediate ERP skills, strong problem-solving ability, solid business process knowledge, and a willingness to learn and apply new systems. Reporting to the IT Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: SYSPRO accreditation and strong system knowledge Relevant tertiary qualification + 3–5 years’ experience FMCG manufacturing and distribution experience Supply Chain and Manufacturing process knowledge Food\/food ingredients experience preferred Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle Minimal travel to all sites including Cape Town near month end Duties include: Provide Level 1 & 2 ERP support and system administration across all sites nationally Support SYSPRO, TransLution and related systems, including MOM, Tempo, CuroQuip and QMS Provide user support for Microsoft technologies linked to ERP systems Support ERP implementations, training and Continuous Improvement projects Assist with the implementation and sustainability of Food safety activities Report any non-conformances to the Food Safety Manager
