As a Support Specialist , you'll provide first-line technical support across a diverse portfolio of office automation solutions, supporting both channel partners and end users. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting issues, driving service excellence, analysing support trends, and ensuring customers receive timely and effective technical assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving, customer engagement, product training, and operational improvement. Responsibilities: Provide first-line support across the Office Automation product portfolio Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to Ricoh, HP, Epson, and Lexmark devices Manage incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs Deliver product and remote support training to channel partners Analyse incident trends and recommend preventative actions Produce performance reports and maintain accurate service records Requirements: 3-5 years' experience supporting office automation or related technologies CompTIA A+ (Essential) CompTIA N+ (Essential) Experience with Ricoh, HP, Epson, or Lexmark products Apply now!
