Supervisor (Plant) PGM

In this role you will be responsible for:

• The incumbent will report to the Metallurgy Coordinator and will be responsible for shift production.
• Optimising, overseeing and continually improving the operation of the plant
• Identifying training requirements fir the plant personnel, Organising, and controlling all activities of subordinates, and to provide strong leadership w.r.t legal responsibility of the plant
• Providing quality product meeting customer expectations
• Applicable 2.9.2 legal appointment
• Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards/policies
• Always ensuring good housekeeping
