POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking and commercially astute individual who can turn bold ideas into reality. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, taking ownership of multiple exciting projects from concept to successful implementation. Duties will include, but not limited to: Drive multiple development projects from concept, planning and budgeting through to successful completion. Coordinate architects, designers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Contribute innovative ideas to new business ventures, product launches and brand development. Oversee project budgets, timelines, financial feasibility and commercial viability. Assist with the development of premium hospitality, leisure and lifestyle facilities. Ensure exceptional standards of design, quality, aesthetics and customer experience. Develop practical operational plans and systems for new ventures. Identify challenges, implement solutions and ensure projects are delivered successfully. Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, business development or implementing new commercial ventures. Strong financial acumen, budgeting and commercial planning skills. Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Creative flair, exceptional attention to detail and a sophisticated eye for design and quality. Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in hospitality, lifestyle developments, food and beverage or brand development will be advantageous.
