Description
SSK is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Store Salesperson for our Agriland store in Swellendam. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will manage the profitable, efficient, and smooth running of their assigned store division. Key areas include sales administration, inventory control, product marketing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable and efficient operations across assigned product division.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock flow, and maintain accuracy in store administration.
• Apply a proactive, marketing-oriented approach to promote products and boost store sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, negotiation, and clear communication.
• Ensure precise data entry, stock tracking, and general administrative task execution using company computer systems.
  

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification required
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (strong communication skills)
• Strong negotiation and sales capability
• Inventory and stock control skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Effective planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Computer literacy (MS Office / POS software experience)
• Proactive, sales-driven, accurate, and customer-focused
