Stock & Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing and movement of stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement robust stock controls.
• Minimise shortages, wastage, spoilage and unexplained variances.
• Improve inventory-control procedures and ensure operational teams have the stock they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• 4–5 years’ experience in stock control, inventory management or purchasing.
• Strong food and beverage inventory knowledge.
• Proficiency in ERP/inventory systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hospitality, hotel, golf estate or country club experience will be advantageous.
