• Support end-to-end user experience design, including discovery, ideation, conception, detailed design, prototypes and validation across multiple products and areas.

Job Description

• Service Delivery: Deliver UI/UX Digital design of customer-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging digital channels. The role combines strategic thinking, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, research, and prototyping to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital products that meet both customer and business objectives.
• Understand and apply existing best practice frameworks to assist in the implementation of identified subject matter processes and standards.
• Provide specialist advice and support in area of accountability to ensure that identified solutions and recommendations are appropriate and effective.
• Identify and recommend new innovative ways of achieving quality results.

Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and design system management.

• Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing to validate concepts and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Collaboration with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-centred solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centred design best practices.

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
