A well-regarded safari tour operator, offering tailor-made itineraries across some of Africa's finest wildlife destinations, is looking for a SPANISH-SPEAKING TOUR SALES CONSULTANT to serve their Spanish market.

POSITION INFO:
Working remotely, you'll own the full client journey for Spanish-speaking travellers, from first contact through to final feedback, so this suits someone equally comfortable with sales targets and detailed itinerary planning. Core Criteria: Excellent command of Spanish, written and verbal, alongside strong English communication skills Minimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry, ideally in tour consulting or hotel operations Proven track record selling Southern African tours (South Africa, Botswana and Namibia) Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field advantageous Comfortable managing multiple client requests and bookings simultaneously Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work varied hours when needed Based in or with knowledge of at least two of the three core selling destinations Candidate Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries, bookings and payments across WhatsApp, email and calls, keeping response times fast Prepare detailed itineraries that reflect each client's specific requests and services Generate accurate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on outstanding payments Collect post-safari feedback consistently and resolve any concerns that arise Communicate booking or itinerary changes clearly, both before and during trips Resolve issues proactively to maintain a smooth client experience throughout Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets Package Offer: Remote position (strong preference for candidates based in South Africa, Namibia or Botswana) 24 days annual leave
