Snr Foreman (Concrete)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Manage and lead teams of foremen, supervisors, and site staff.
• Monitor progress against construction programmes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve site issues effectively.
• Oversee quality control and ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, resource planning, and progress updates.
• Support project managers in achieving project objectives.

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience as a Foreman/Senior Foreman in civil engineering projects (roads, earthworks, structures, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, construction management software an advantage).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to site.
