Oversee the processing procedures in the Process Production.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Ensure quality assurance  
•    Apply quality assurance to the process and ensure integrity of the product 
•    Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing process 
•    Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place and adhered to  
•    Maintain good housekeeping (5S)  

Ensure correct use of equipment  
•    Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections  

Oversee the processing and packaging of product  
•    Follow standard operating procedure (SOP)  
•    Ensure cleaning in place (CIP) procedures are followed  

Manage staff   
•    Ensure optimal utilisation of staff  
•    Apply consistent discipline  
•    Train and develop staff  
•    Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication to all  
•    Establish continuous improvement practices  
•    Liaise and communicate with management in all departments  
•    Provide leadership and training to artisans.  
•    Set objectives, manage and measure performance of subordinates  

•    National Diploma / Degree
•    4 – 6 years Production experience within the FMCG/Food manufacturing Industry  
•    4 – 6 years Supervisory of staff / people management
•    Business English: Fluent 
•    Computer literacy (Basic)  
•    Able to work shifts/weekends/public holidays
