POSITION INFO:
A new start up salon in Cape Town is looking for 2 x Shampoo \/ Wash Bowl Assistants to join their team.  The successful candidates will be SA citizens with Grade 12 and at least 1 years’ experience as a Shampoo \/ Wash Bowl Assistant.   Requirements: ·        Grade 12 ·        Certificate in hairdressing (advantage) ·        Open to learning new skills ·        Minimum 1 years’ experience as a washer ·        Good personal hygiene & grooming ·        Able to work under pressure without supervision ·        SA citizen Working Hours: ·        Monday to Friday:  09:00 - 16:00 ·        Closed Saturday and Sunday Responsibilities: ·        Meet and greet clients ·        Prepare shampoos and products ·        Set up shampoo area ·        Wash hair ·        Apply conditioner ·        Understand and recommend hair care products ·        Gently blow dry hair \/ remove excess water ·        Assist hair stylist with various tasks ·        Assist at reception, i.e. receive guests, schedule bookings ·        Assist with cleaning duties To apply, please send your CV immediately.  Should you not hear from us within 10 working days, please consider your application to have been unsuccessful.  We will keep your details for future placements – unless you advise that you wish for us to discard your details.
