Sessional Medical Officer- OPD

Requirements :

• An appropriate minimum qualification (MBChB/MBBCh) that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
• Proof of current registration with HPCSA as an independent medical practitioner for the year 2026/2027. Diploma in HIV Man(SA), Diploma in family medicine and BLS/ACLS will be an added advantage.

Duties :

• As a Medical Officer in Family Med Department, the candidate will be expected to rotate between working both HIV Clinic and OPD. The candidate will be responsible for the Comprehensive clinical management of the patients.
• Demonstration of good working ethics, including reliability, discipline, the capacity to work under pressure. Capability to function independently as well as effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must be solution-oriented and possess sound decision-making skills.
