SERVICE CONTROLLER

SUMMARY:
An office Automation/Telecoms company based in Eastgate Ext, Sandton/Johannesburg is currently seeking a Service Controller.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum of 3 Years' experience in Office Automation technical department BPO or Nucleus experience would be an advantage Issuing of stock and toners Logging on and off of all service calls. Building strong relationships with Clients and Technicians Efficient follow-up skills to clients and technicians Feedback given to clients and communicating should any parts be required. Dispatching service calls to a technician. Following up on calls Order any parts that may be required and communicating ETA's on parts Logging of toner calls. Capturing meter readings. General office duties. Good communication skills and well presented Have attention to detail when compiling reports/Service Schedules Schedule next day callouts for technicians Communication skills - speaking and writing Good problem solving skills Must have good time management skills Matric Excel literate
