MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Relevant post-matric qualification Minimum of ten years' experience in commercial sugarcane farming and vegetable production Proven track record in farm management and administration Maintenance orientated Valid driver's licence RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Overseeing all field operations Managing and maintaining farm machinery and equipment Administering budgets and operational records Implementing effective pest and disease control programmes Promoting employee development welfare, and performance ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
