Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Software Implementation Engineer to join their team in this high-impact engineering role. The role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows. These solutions will integrate with enterprise systems, automate business processes, and deliver measurable business value.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment Design and develop intelligent AI workflows and automation solutions Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business systems Collaborate with clients to define requirements and develop tailored solutions Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimise system performance Monitor and improve deployed solutions using post-launch analytics Ensure successful project delivery and measurable business outcomes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Experience with LLM orchestration, AI Agents, RAG, and Voice Agents Strong REST API and webhook integration experience Proficiency in Excel and Python for data mapping and transformation Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, WhatsApp, and SendGrid APIs Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and serverless platforms (GCP, Cloudflare Workers, or equivalent) Familiarity with vector databases and event-driven serverless architectures Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or ElevenLabs Experience with testing, edge-case handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows Previous experience in client-facing implementation or solutions consulting Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects from discovery through to go-live Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
