SUMMARY:

Senior Recruiters wanted for IT & Financial Services: join as a permanent Lead or as an Independent on fee-share. You choose the model that suits you.

About Imizizi

Imizizi is a people management consulting firm specialising in talent management, transformation management and culture. We are rebuilding our recruitment desk around a small team of genuinely senior recruiters, supported by automation and AI. We work to the standards of the large consulting houses, and we want the best recruiters in the market to help us build it. If you have spent a decade running a full desk and want less admin and more time with candidates and clients, this is for you.

We are looking for exceptional senior recruiters to join us in one of two ways:

Option 1: Lead recruitment consultant (Permanent)
You own a desk. You make the final call on quality, coach a young team of recruiters and help shape how we automate recruitment. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just fill seats.

Option 2: Independent recruitment consultant (Fee-share)

You run your own book on a fee-share basis. Imizizi provides the administrative support behind you, so you spend your time on placements instead of paperwork. You keep your independence and gain the backing of a consulting firm.

POSITION INFO:
Assess candidate fit: use your recruitment judgement to look beyond the CV at skills, culture and long-term success Source and network: run your own sourcing and networking strategies and bring your own channels to market Specialise: place talent in IT and Financial Services Advise clients: bring commercial acumen to every client conversation, from briefing to offer Work smarter: use recruitment systems and AI to make your process faster and sharper Decide independently: make your own calls on candidate selection, without waiting for sign-off Who We Are Looking For: 10+ years in recruitment, running a full desk independently A record of placements in both IT and financial services An established network and your own sourcing channels Confidence with recruitment systems Hands-on experience using AI in your work Sound judgement, commercial drive and the ability to work without supervision What You Get: Administration handled for you, so you can focus on recruiting A real say in how a modern, AI-supported recruitment model is built A firm that works to the standards of the large consulting houses The choice between a permanent leadership role and an independent fee-share partnership To Apply: Send your CV and a short note on your preferred way of working to by 28 October 2026 .
