Senior Programme Manager I Banking I Contract

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes. You will need to take ownership of a multi-workstream programme with significant business and technology dependencies, engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders and driving delivery through to measurable outcomes.

Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / vehicle asset finance (VAF), or credit decisioning and scoring platforms will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a large, complex programme and provide strong programme leadership
• Lead multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance and budgets
• Coordinate multiple business and technology stakeholder groups
• Operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
• Drive the programme through to measurable delivery outcomes

• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, budgets and multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong track record of driving programmes through to measurable delivery outcomes
• Ability to operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
• Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / fleet management, or credit decisioning and scoring platform transformation (advantageous)

Education

• Matric (required)
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or recognised certification from an accredited institution)
