The Role: Senior Institutional Equity Sales Trader This senior front-office role exists to develop and grow institutional client relationships while generating commission and execution flow across South African and Frontier African markets. The position focuses on winning new institutional mandates, providing market intelligence and corporate access, collaborating with research and trading teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Apply a minimum of 5 years of institutional equity sales experience to drive business growth. Develop and grow institutional client relationships.
