Senior Full Stack Web developer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to engineer a modern, straight-through processing investment platform that powers independent and tied financial advisers across South Africa

In this role, you will own projects end-to-end—translating high-fidelity UI/UX designs into fully responsive, secure web applications and integrating them with robust back-end systems. You will play a pivotal role in solving complex business challenges, optimizing app performance, and delivering a digital platform designed for scale and customer excellence.

POSITION INFO:
The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Core Technologies & Tools Languages & Web: C#.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap (or responsive design frameworks). Databases: Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL). Developer Tools & CI/CD: Visual Studio, GIT, BitBucket, JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy. Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in a database development environment alongside solid web development experience. 5+ years in financial services, customer service, or investment platform environments (with strong domain awareness of investment/life products and regulations). Demonstrated experience with Agile project methodologies, unit testing, and DevSecOps/InfoSec best practices. Relevant Commerce degree in IT, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management, or Business Management. Nice-to-Haves Frameworks & Architectures: .NET Core, EF Core, React JS, Angular, API development, and architectural design patterns. Multilingual communication skills. Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief) Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Own projects from technical specification to deployment-building reusable code, producing technical documentation, and translating high-fidelity designs into responsive front-ends. Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate front-end components seamlessly while optimizing applications for maximum speed, security, resilience, and scalability. Quality & Architecture: Conduct peer code reviews, assist with technical architecture concepts, maintain code integrity, and perform unit testing to drive prompt incident resolution. Why Join Us?
