POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will oversee agricultural production by planning and coordinating farm operations, managing vegetable crop production, and hiring and training farming teams. Experience working from a seed-to-crop growing programme and sound knowledge of short-cycle crops will also be required. To be considered, candidates should have a proven track record in leafy vegetables\/salads production including strong technical knowledge of hydroponics. Exposure to major South African retailers and audits will be essential to fulfilling this role.
