SUMMARY:

Are you a CIMA-qualified Cost Accountant with strong manufacturing experience and a passion for turning numbers into meaningful business insights?

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements CIMA or similar accounting qualification 7 - 10 years' relevant experience Proven Cost Accounting experience within manufacturing - essential Strong experience in costing, inventory and variance analysis Experience with budgeting, forecasting and FP&A Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and business partnering abilities Key Responsibilities Oversee the full Cost Accounting function Manage product costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing variances Analyse costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Develop and maintain product cost models Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other key teams Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Prepare management reports and provide insights on cost and operational performance Drive continuous improvement across costing, reporting and financial processes Support strategic financial analysis and cost-reduction initiatives Key Skills & Capabilities Inventory Valuation & Reconciliations Manufacturing Variance Analysis Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A Financial Modelling & Management Reporting Financial & Data Analysis Commercial & Operational Acumen Process Improvement & Automation Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Financial Business Partnering Stakeholder Management & Communication High Attention to Detail & Accuracy Ability to Work Independently & Meet Deadlines Apply Now!!
