A well-established manufacturing business is looking for a Senior Cost Accountant to take ownership of the costing function and partner with Operations, Supply Chain and leadership to drive informed business decisions.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Bcom CIMA qualification (completed or in progress) 7+ years' relevant finance experience Strong manufacturing costing experience is essential Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation and variance analysis Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and FP&A Strong analytical and commercial acumen Experience working closely with operational and senior stakeholders Responsibilities Lead the full costing function across manufacturing operations Manage product costing, inventory valuation and cost reporting Analyse manufacturing variances and identify cost optimisation opportunities Develop and enhance product costing models Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve efficiencies Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Prepare meaningful management reports and performance insights Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls Support strategic projects and cost-reduction initiatives Provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making Key Skills & Competencies Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance Inventory Management & Valuation Standard Costing & Variance Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Planning & Analysis Management Reporting Commercial & Business Partnering Process Improvement Advanced Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Strong Stakeholder Management Apply Now!!
