What will you do?
- The Senior C# Full Stack Developer builds and delivers complex enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, andcloud-native solutions across the SLS ecosystem, implementing secure, reliable, and maintainable componentsacross web applications, services, APIs, and platform integrations.
- The role ensures that all solutions adhere to engineering standards, including API design and versioning practices, integration patterns, architectural guardrails, and CI/CD pipeline quality gates to ensure scalable, reliable, andmaintainable releases across the broader product ecosystem.
- Working under the technical direction of the Technical Lead, the role provides technical leadership on the selectionand adoption of cloud services, integration technologies, software engineering practices, and platform capabilities.
- The role translates solution designs into high-quality implementations, strengthens engineering discipline throughcode reviews and collaboration, and improves operational resilience through testing, observability, and production-grade engineering practices.
- The Senior Developer mentors engineers across squads, uplifts engineering maturity, and drives design decisionsthat ensure long-term platform sustainability, architectural consistency, and alignment with strategic businessoutcomes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform is advantageous but not required.
What will make you successful in this role?
Architecture & Governance
- Implement integration architecture across the product domain, covering synchronous and asynchronouscommunication patterns, event-driven solutions using Service Bus and Event Grid, and API-first serviceboundaries.
- Own and govern Azure API Management (APIM) implementations, including workspaces, gateways, routing, policies, and developer experience.
- Establish and maintain REST API standards, including resource modeling, versioning strategies, request andresponse validation, pagination, and error handling.
- Define and standardize integration and orchestration patterns using technologies such as Azure Functions,Durable Functions, Logic Apps, and custom C# services.
- Engineer resilience patterns across distributed systems, including retries, circuit breakers, fault isolation, idempotency, and timeout strategies.
- Embed security best practices such as least privilege access, secure authentication, authorization, secretsmanagement, and compliance-aligned logging.
Release & Quality Leadership
- Establish and continuously improve quality gates across environments, including unit testing, integrationtesting, contract testing, performance validation, and security testing.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines enforce engineering and quality standards consistently across delivery teams.
- Drive observability and monitoring practices through logging, telemetry, trace correlation, dashboards, andactionable alerting.
- Use operational insights to prioritize technical debt reduction, resiliency improvements, and performanceoptimization.
- Lead incident reviews and root cause analysis activities, ensuring lessons learned are translated into actionplans and backlog improvements.
- Guide teams in adopting shift-left testing practices, automated quality feedback loops, and effective test datamanagement strategies.
People Leadership & Ways of Working
- Mentor developers through technical coaching, architectural guidance, code reviews, pair programming, andengineering best practices.
- Partner closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to shape roadmaps, influence design decisions, and ensure architectural consistency.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to establish and maintain reliable, versioned data integrationpatterns.
- Support QA and Test Automation engineers by enabling appropriate test environments, seeded data, mocks, stubs, and automation capabilities.
- Promote a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuousimprovement, and innovation.
