POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities Drive the strategic direction, design, and successful delivery of AI initiatives across multiple projects and business functions. Lead, mentor, and develop teams of AI engineers and data scientists, promoting innovation and technical excellence. Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI solutions leveraging modern machine learning frameworks and cloud technologies. Oversee governance, security, compliance, and operational performance to ensure reliable and responsible AI deployments. Essential Skills, Experience, & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years' experience in AI and Machine Learning engineering, including demonstrated leadership of technical teams. Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with leading cloud AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven success in developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions within production environments. Advantageous: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI technologies, and enterprise data integration architectures. Apply Now!
