The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, deliver effective SAP solutions, and ensure that systems support operational and strategic objectives.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimisation, and maintenance of SAP solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, deliver effective SAP solutions, and ensure that systems support operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP expertise, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions. Configure, implement, maintain, and optimise SAP modules in line with business needs. Provide SAP support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve incidents within agreed service levels. Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and system migrations, where required. Conduct requirements gathering, business process analysis, and gap assessments. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and system configuration records. Collaborate with business users, developers, functional teams, and other stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions. Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities, where applicable. Provide end-user training and guidance to promote effective use of SAP systems. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system performance, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant system controls, security requirements, and organisational policies. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in an SAP consulting, implementation, support, or systems analysis role. Demonstrable knowledge of SAP functionality, business processes, and system configuration relevant to the assigned module. Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and solution delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good documentation, planning, and organisational skills. Advantageous Relevant SAP certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC. Exposure to SAP Fiori, integrations, data migration, or system upgrades. Experience working within Agile or structured project delivery environments. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
