Sales Manager Location: Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal Industry: Meat Retail and Wholesale Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within the meat industry. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Computer literate, with knowledge of Pastel. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Good organisational and administrative abilities. Sober habits. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales within the meat retail and wholesale market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to attract new business. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. Handle customer enquiries, orders and complaints professionally. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets. Ensure accurate sales administration and record-keeping using Pastel and other relevant systems. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. Please Note: Candidates must have relevant sales experience in the meat industry to be considered for this position.
