Sales Assistant

Job Description    

• STYLE is seeking to employ a Sales Assistant who will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the store.
• The Sales Assistant position will also be responsible for providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping,latest fashion trends, and minimizing stock losses.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

• At least 1-2 years experience in similar environment
• Computer literate 
• Ability to function effectively under pressure 
• Efficient time management skills 
• Strong precision and attention to detail 
• Proficiency in technology and problem solving 
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Handle point-of-sale transactions for customer purchases 
• Drive sales growth through proactive product recommendations 
• Maintain floor readiness by replenishing new merchandise 
• Manage accurate pricing and visual display standards 
• Assist management with daily operational requirements 
• Safeguard and track all store assets and equipment 
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols 
• Understand and work towards periodic sales objectives 
• Execute strategies to mitigate stock shrinkage
