Sales & Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:
A prestigious wine estate in the Cape Winelands is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to grow revenue, strengthen brand positioning and drive bookings across its wine, hospitality, accommodation, events and leisure offerings.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, partnerships and on-site promotions. Generate new business through corporate clients, tourism partners, tour operators, weddings, events and hospitality channels. Manage sales enquiries, proposals, negotiations, client relationships and conversion pipelines. Develop packages, promotions and upselling initiatives to increase bookings and guest spend. Coordinate marketing campaigns, content, brand communications and promotional activities. Collaborate with operational teams to identify sales opportunities and support business objectives. Monitor sales performance, campaign results, budgets and return on investment, providing regular reports. Requirements: Must be a South African citizen residing in the Winelands area. Matric / Grade 12 qualification; a relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or Hospitality will be advantageous. At least 5 years' sales and marketing experience, preferably in wine, tourism, hospitality or leisure. Proven track record in business development, lead generation, negotiation and achieving revenue targets. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships and client accounts. Strong commercial acumen, organisational and project management skills. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in digital marketing, CRM systems, reporting and sales analytics. Must be well presented, professional, adaptable and confident in building stakeholder relationships. Willingness to work occasional weekends, public holidays and events as operationally required. Valid drivers' license with own, reliable transport
