Sales and Key Accounts Manager (Aluminum and Wood)

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Sebenza is seeking a confident, results-driven Sales and Key Accounts Manager with a relevant degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or a related field, together with proven experience in the aluminium and wood to take ownership of major retail and trade accounts and drive growth.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: 5 Years plus relevant Key Account Management experience within national retail, hardware and building and home improvements Excellent track record of managing accounts with retails groups such as Builders, Leroy Merlin etc. The ideal candidate must have a strong personality, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to negotiate, develop new business, retain clients, and drive national sales growth Responsibilities include visiting depots such as Potchefstroom and visit clients across various national regions such as Free State, Cape town etc. Promoting new products, developing strategic account plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities Understanding of pricing, margins, promotions, ranging and profitability The successful candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and account management skills, with relevant knowledge of health, housekeeping, and safety standards Technical Proficiency: Sage, MS Office, and relevant sales tools is essential, together with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and build strong working relationships The ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members while fostering a positive working environment will be highly advantageous Valid drivers lisence Consultant: Cindy Louw - Dante Personnel Greenstone Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
