About the Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated internal candidate to join our team as a SalesConsultant for the Capitec Campaign. This role centers on delivering exceptional service,managing outbound calls, and driving product awareness. This is an on-site position based in theJohannesburg CBD, requiring strong collaboration with our sales teams to achieve our collectiveobjectives Key Responsibilities ● Conducting high-quality outbound calls. ● Consulting with clients and providing accurate product information. ● Facilitating seamless sales processes and addressing client queries. ● Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting defined sales targets. ● Strong ability to handle objections effectively ● Must possess the ability to adapt and solve problems ● Gather, verify, and capture client information accurately for credit and loan approvals.
